The nostalgia of opening an old fashioned tin of biscuits, the crumple of the sheets of wax paper and those little paper cases cradling each compartment that we all remember. This tin of assorted creams is a collaboration of recipes made by my team and me – Nadine

Tin of 15 assorted cream biscuits
Ingredients:
WAGON WHEELS: butter, plain flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, salt, gelatine (animal), fresh and freeze dried passionfruit fresh mandarins, 70% dark chocolate, lemon juice.
PEANUT CARAMEL CREAMS: butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, oats, bi-carb soda, peanut butter, plain flour, glucose, pure cream, valhrona dulcey chocolate, salt.
SOUR CHERRY ALMOND JAWS: roasted almonds, icing sugar, butter, plain flour, salt, baking powder, demerara sugar, pure cream, sour cherry and dark chocolate.
ORANGE CREAMS: butter, icing sugar, salt, plain flour, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, lemon zest, orange powder, blood orange powder.
QUEEN-STONS: plain flour, butter, demerara sugar, hazelnuts, golden syrup, dessicated coconut, rolled oats, bi-carb soda, milk chocolate.
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place. This product will last for up 4 weeks.
