Wholesome Carrot Cake

Baked with spelt flour, textures of walnut and shaved coconut, honey cream cheese icing. If requested, our cream cheese icing can be omitted to make it deliciously dairy free.

Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00am.
Available Friday from 10:00 and Saturday from 8:00am.

Ingredients: Carrots, walnuts, coconut, sunflower oil, sugar, spice, free range eggs, spelt flour, bi carb soda, baking powder. Icing: honey, cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla.

Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day but can be refrigerated overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.
