Agrarian Morello Cherry Brioche

A Christmas brioche baked in a festive Pandoro tin.
Collaborating with Agrarian Kitchen in New Norfolk, Tasmania. The Morello cherries are grown by Michael Cotter in The Derwent Valley, preserved by the chefs at Agrarian Kitchen and then turned into brioche by our bakers. The top is baked with an almond crust akin to that of a Panettone, adding clementines for festive cheer!
