All butter puff pastry made using cultured butter. Crafted layer upon layer by Flour and Stone’s pastry chefs for you to use as your heart desires. Contains one 600g block to make one large 28cm tart or up to eight individual tarts or pies. Suitable to freeze.

Ingredients: Flour, cultured butter, salt, water, vinegar.

Storage: Keep for up to four days in the fridge before using. Suitable to freeze as a block for up to three months.
