Panettone

Naturally leavened sourdough Italian butter loaf with confit mandarin and sour cherry.

Serves six generous slices and measures approximately 15 cm (height) x 15 cm (width).

Ingredients: Mandarin, sorry cherry, marsala (alcohol), honey, cultured butter, vanilla bean paste, Italian flour, eggs, lemon zest and salt.

Serving and Storage: Great for eggy Pompadour toast with baked stone fruit. Serve fresh on day of purchase or toasted thereafter. Will last up to two weeks if kept airtight in a cool, dark place.
