Crimson snow apple and rose geranium jam
Ingredients: Crimson snow apples, granny smith apples, crab apples, verjuice, sugar, lemon juice, rose geranium leaves.
Plum and fig leaf jam
Ingredients: Queen Garnet plums, lemons, fig leaves and white sugar.
Storage: Best for 6 months stored in a cool dark place unopened or in the refrigerator once opened.
