You will be guided through the many ways you can use each pastry and given recipes for how you can use them in your baking, My Quince & brown butter tart is the hero of this season.
Please note that baking class tickets are non refundable. In the instance where we are able to allocate the place to someone on the waiting list then a refund will be issued.
