Winter Lucky cake
This class will equip you with a tool box of creams, mousses and custards as a way of opening a new landscape of cake fillings for you. And the best bit is they can all be eaten on their own tool! I will bring a bakery of cake layers and tart shells to show you how to bake and assemble these components into a new magical world of cakes and tarts for you to bake for your loved ones.
Please note that baking class tickets are non refundable. In the instance where we are able to allocate the place to someone on the waiting list then a refund will be issued.
