Traditional pavlova topped with double cream and seasonal fruit. Size 12″ (30cm), serves 12-16.

Ingredients: Free range egg white, sugar, white vinegar, corn flour, pure cream, seasonal fruit.
Serving and Storage: For the dressed Pavlova it is best consumed the same day. Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate. For the base only best consumed within two days and kept in a cool place.
