This is an event for the epicurious and adventurous. Rose and Nadine will use the concept of perfumery (top, heart and base notes) to deliver a full sensory boozy high tea experience.
Nadine Ingram, founder of Sydney’s iconic bakery Flour & Stone, is coming to the Adelaide Hills this September to join Full Circle Spirits’ head distiller Rose Kentish in a special, sensory rich, Boozy High Tea experience.
Expect a High Tea of aromatic, flavourful and extremely delicious cakes freshly baked by Nadine and paired with alcoholic and non-alc drinks made by Rose. Each cake has a story, and each drink will harmonise with and respond to that story.
For non-drinkers, thoughtfully considered non-alcoholic pairings will be offered across the afternoon tea so that everyone has an equally beautiful experience.
Flour & Stone is renowned for its Pannacotta lamingtons, flaky croissants and dreamy cakes. Nadine has released her 2nd cookbook in late 2024 – Love Crumbs – about which Nigella Lawson exclaimed it was “beautifully braiding the poetry and practicalities of baking”.
Full Circle Spirits is an internationally award winning South Australian distillery, led by Rose Kentish. With a background in winemaking, distilling and perfumery, Rose creates beverages with a unique approach. She says “I make from the place where winemaking, distilling and perfumery intersect”.
