When I dream of designing cakes, it’s a very textural process. Thinking of how the layers, creams and fruit will all fit together is always top of mind. This is a class for those who are fascinated by the way cakes are inspired and created. The composition, assemblage and techniques for making them. I look forward to talking with you about how my repertoire of recipes are woven together when designing my cakes.
