Ingredients: Raisins, rum, orange confit, natural almonds, milk, fresh yeast, caster sugar, plain flour, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, eggs, butter, icing sugar, marzipan [almonds, glucose, invert sugar, preservative-potassium sorbate].
Serving and Storage: Serves 8-10. We recommend ordering the stollen as close to when you will serving it as possible, although it will last 3 weeks in a cool place. Serve with lashings of butter.
