Flour and Stone is a petite bakery in inner city Sydney with a large and devoted following for its pannacotta lamingtons, flaky croissants and dreamy cakes.
Our team bakes with finesse and love to bring joy to the city and gives with a generosity and abundance from our hearts. We make everything in our kitchen at Woolloomooloo using ingredients from small growers and local producers.
Our classes are for aspiring bakers and those who love to bake from the heart. It is an afternoon for the passionately curious and for those seeking to understand the intentions, meaning and purpose of our baking.
These classes are an intimate and exclusive opportunity to learn from Nadine, our senior bakers, pastry chefs and some special guests. Walk away with a full belly and full heart, armed with expert knowledge and recipes to recreate some of our signature creations at home.
Which Flour and Stone building will I visit first?
We have two kitchens and two shopfronts – The Pantry and The Annexe – situated just 30 metres apart. Each space is bursting with Flour and Stone creativity. Allow the scent of butter to guide you.
