The recipe for this Lebanese family favourite comes courtesy of Sarah’s grandmother (Teta). Take some on a picnic or pop on your next cheese board.
Available Wednesday to Saturday.
Ingredients: Strong flour, olive oil, water, salt, za’atar (thyme, oregano, sumac, sesame seeds, salt).
Serving and Storage: Store in an airtight container (after opening) for up to three weeks.
