Smoked Garlic Mayo

Full flavoured. Not for the faint hearted. Great with seafood and when mixed with the tomato jam and chopped basil, minds will be blown! Gluten and dairy-free. 300g.

Ingredients: Olive oil, vegetable oil, roasted garlic pasteurised egg yolk, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, liquid smoke, salt, white pepper.

Storage: Keep stored below 4C. Will last up to 3 months.
