Pistachios, polenta, and almond cake with hints of cardamom and honey. Dressed with fresh raspberries, crushed pistachios and rose petals. Gluten free. Dairy free.

Available Monday to Saturday from 9:00am.

Ingredients: Pistachios, raspberries, polenta, honey, ground almonds, baking powder, cardamom, coconut yoghurt, sugar, free range eggs, lemon zest, orange zest, olive oil, salt.

Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day but can last overnight if kept in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate.
