Beef Rendang Pie:
Beef chuck, brown onion, carrots, corn flour, coconut cream, toasted coconut, garlic, ginger, ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, lemon grass, potatoes, red chillies, soy sauce, tamarind pureé, salt, pepper and our all butter puff.
Chicken, Leek & Tarragon Pie:
Free range chicken, leeks, tarragon, gruyere cheese, cream, eggs, salt, pepper and our all butter puff.
Storage: Will last frozen for up to 2 months.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen – no need to defrost. Brush your pies with egg wash and sprinkle with herbs if desired. Preheat your oven to 200C then bake for 20 minutes. Turn your oven down to 180C and bake for a further 20 minutes until golden. Chicken pies have a tear drop of pastry on top.
