Sausage Roll: Pork mince, veal mince, caraway, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, apple, thyme, salt, pepper and our all butter puff.
Lamb Pie: Lamb, potato, rosemary, butter, flour, salt, pepper and our all butter puff.
Chicken, Leek & Tarragon Pie: free range chicken, leeks, tarragon, gruyere cheese, cream, eggs, salt, pepper and our all butter puff.
Ratatouille Feta Pie: Onion, garlic, zucchini, capsicum, eggplant, tomatoes, thyme, salt, pepper, feta cheese and our all butter puff.
Serving and Storage: Will last frozen for up to 2 months.
Cooking Instructions for Pies and Sausage Rolls: Brush your pies with egg wash and sprinkle with herbs. Preheat your oven to 200C then bake for 20 minutes. Turn your oven down to 180C and bake for a further 20 minutes until golden. Chicken pies have a tear drop of pastry on top.
