Naturally leavened sourdough Italian butter loaf with candied clementines, currants and sultanas.
Serving and Storage: Great for eggy Pompadour toast with baked stone fruit.Serve fresh on day of purchase or toasted thereafter. Will last up to two weeks if kept airtight in a cool, dark place. 
Serves eight generous slices and measures approximately 15 cm (height) x 15 cm (width). 
Ingredients: Strong bakers flour, water, natural sourdough starter, free range eggs, butter, sugar, honey, orange zest, vanilla, salt, sultanas, currants, confit Italian clementines, almond, semolina, icing sugar, cornflour.
