Vanilla buttercake layered with mascarpone and berry compote. Nut free.

Available Monday to Saturday from 10:00am.

Larger sizes (12″ – 16″) ready from 11:00 – 12:00.

Ingredients: Butter, vanilla, sugar, full cream milk, free range eggs, baking powder, self-raising flour, cornflour, fresh berries, plain flour, cream, mascarpone, and pastry cream.

Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate. This cake will not keep overnight.
