Manjari chocolate and hazelnut mousse between layers of coffee and wattleseed rocher. Cherry compote, cocoa nibs and hazelnut praline. Gluten free.

Available 19th, 20th & 21st May and again 2nd, 3rd & 4th June.

Ingredients: Manjari chocolate (64%), hazelnut praline paste (hazelnuts, sugar), cream, eggs, butter, caster sugar, Cherries, oranges, lemons, espresso coffee, hazelnuts, wattle seeds, vanilla, cocoa nibs, Amedei chocolate (70%).

Serving and storage: 30cm x 8cm. Serves 10-12. Can be eaten the next day if refrigerated overnight.
