Love Cake by Rose

Layers of vanilla, buttermilk sponge soaked in Rose Kentish* ROSE Vermouth, tonka bean custard, berry compote, citrus, chamomile, Davidson plum and spice. Gluten free.

*Rose Kentish Rose vermouth celebrates the flavours found in the hills, fields and gardens around her distillery in south Australia. It captures eleven botanicals including lavender, bay and rosemary which are now soaked between the layers of this cake.

Available 13th & 14th May and again 26th, 27th & 28th May.

Ingredients: Rose vermouth (alcohol), buttermilk, eggs, caster sugar, vanilla, cornflour (GF), butter,  cream, tonka beans, raspberries, almonds, blueberries, redcurrants, strawberries, blackberries, mascarpone, Davidson plum powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, chamomile flowers, rose petals, freeze dried citrus-blood orange, lime, lemon, orange, mandarin.

(Tonka beans not recommend during pregnancy)

Serving and storage: 30cm x 8cm. Serves 10-12. Can be eaten the next day if refrigerated overnight.
