Layers of vanilla, buttermilk sponge soaked in Rose Kentish* ROSE Vermouth, tonka bean custard, berry compote, citrus, chamomile, Davidson plum and spice. Gluten free.
*Rose Kentish Rose vermouth celebrates the flavours found in the hills, fields and gardens around her distillery in south Australia. It captures eleven botanicals including lavender, bay and rosemary which are now soaked between the layers of this cake.
