Chewy anzac crust encasing a zesty explosion of lime. Topped with fresh cream and lime zest. 10″ size, serves 10-12.


Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Keep at room temperature in a cool, dark spot. This item will not keep overnight.


Ingredients: Lime juice and zest, lemon juice, double cream, mascarpone, rolled oats, golden syrup, coconut, brown sugar, butter, free range eggs, plain flour, bi-carb soda.
