Cheesecake textured almond cake, moist with fresh ricotta. Topped with zesty lemon curd, fresh cream and raspberries. Size 8″, serves 6-8.


Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day but can be refrigerated overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.


Ingredients: Butter, sugar, flour, ground almonds, free range eggs, fresh ricotta, lemon juice and zest, double cream, fresh raspberries.
