Vanilla sponge soaked in pannacotta, berry compote centre, dark chocolate and flaked coconut. Nut free.

Available Monday to Saturday from 8:00am

Ingredients: Free range eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cream, vanilla, animal gelatine, mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberry, strawberries), orange juice, chocolate, milk, coconut.

Note: Lamington cakes require 48 hours’ notice. On Mondays, Lamington cakes are not ready until 1pm. 

Individual: approx 7cm x 7.5cm
Small: 15cm x 13.5cm
Medium: 15cm x 20cm
Large: 20cm x 30cm

Serving and Storage: Will last 3-4 days if kept refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before serving.
