Tropical Buche: Coconut sponge rolled with lime curd and fresh pineapple. Iced with whipped double cream and mascarpone. Decorated with coconut shavings and twinkly snowflakes. NF
Hazelnut Buche: Sponge rolled with Hazelnut mousse and Davidson plum compote. Iced with Hazelnut pastry cream, toasted hazelnuts, wattle seeds, Davidson plum powder and gold leaf.
Serving and Storage: Will keep up to two days when refrigerated.
