Our Kouign Amann (pronounced ‘queen ah-mahn’) is made using Breton pastry with layers of St Davids Dairy cultured butter and sugar which caramelises when cooked.

Chestnut available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00

Baklava available Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00

Baklava ingredients: Walnut praline, pistachio, rosewater, honey syrup, rose petals, butter, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, free range eggs, milk.

Chestnut ingredients: Chestnut, butter, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk.

Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate.
Our products are made in an environment where lots of other lovely things containing eggs, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts and gluten are made and, therefore, may contain traces of these allergens.
