Our Kouign Amann (pronounced ‘queen ah-mahn’) is made using Breton pastry with layers of St Davids Dairy cultured butter and sugar which caramelises when cooked.

Hazelnut and Nori available Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00
Tahini and Apple ingredients: Tahini, apple puree, white sesame, butter, sugar, flour, brown sugar, demerara sugar.
Hazelnut and Nori ingredients: Butter, sugar, flour, milk, hazelnut, nori, salt flake, brown sugar.
Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate.
